Including 2pcs of freezing containers, height 86mm, Dia. 117mm. 18 places available for 1.0ml, 1.2m, 1.8m and 2.0ml cryogenic tubes. Designed to achieve a rate of cooling very close to -1℃(-33.8℉)/minute, the optimal rate for cell preservation. Prior to inserting vials, the jar should be filled with 250ml of 100% isopropyl alcohol. Once the samples' been inserted, the jar should be placed in a -80℃(-176℉) mechanical freezer.
